About Russ Kyncl
Russ grew up on the plains of Northeastern Colorado. He graduated from the University of Colorado with honors, and has lived in the Denver area since.
He and his wife Diane have lived in Wheat Ridge, Colorado since 1983. They have three grown children.
Russ has worked in the financial services arena since 1984. He particularly enjoys helping individuals plan for their own financial independence, the inheritance they will leave their loved ones, and their exit from their companies, when it is time to move on.
He served on the board of COMPA Ministries for 12 years, and is currently active on COMPA’s emeritus board. He and Diane support Third Way, a residential treatment program for at risk teenagers that is an alternative to homelessness, incarceration or psychiatric hospitalization. Russ volunteers as an instructor with Junior Achievement, where he encounters his most challenging audience: seventh graders. Russ currently serves on the executive board of Centennial Estate Planning Council.
